These were posted EVERYWHERE in the area!
A staff member would ask trivia questions that was anything SNSD related. If fans were able to answer correctly, they were able to win a mini Oh! or Run Devil Run poster. Later on, they also gave out star cards I believe. The same staff member asked if anyone knew how to dance 'Gee', so these girls danced it for a bit & later another staff member decided to show the SONES step by step on how to do the chorus part.

Later any fans who knew how to dance 'Hoot' were welcome to. These two girls did.
My friends & I went in line to enter the theater. While waiting, staff recorded those who wish to send a birthday greeting to soshified for the 3rd birthday (if I remember correctly). Pictures were also taken of those who were recorded.
The lobby plays Kpop MVs :) After the meetup, they had Gain's 'Irreversible'.

Before officially starting the meetup, we were shown music videos from other SM artists! ^_^ They showed BoA, Super Junior, SHINee, f(x), Kangta, TRAX, SM Ballad & of course SNSD.
Our MC's were then introduced: Sherman & Cami.
Throughout the meetup, fans were asked trivia questions, asked to participate in a 'Gee' dancing contest, a singing contest, and many other opportunities to win more goodies! Some of these goodies were a towel, a folder, a SNSD calendar, & a Hoot album.
We were shown a fanmade video of a "Project 9" project that was done worldwide. We got to look at a video of SNSD's very own first fan meeting. We also were shown special behind the scenes footage of the girls' photoshoot and filming for 'Hoot'. Other footages were behind the scenes of photoshoots of SNSD in Japan.
At the very end of the video, we wrote letters to be read by SNSD. Once we were done writing, the letters had to be folded into paper airplanes & then thrown to the front of the stage.
Before the closing of the fanmeet, all of us were given an opportunity to tweet to @smentusa with the hashtag #SNSDLA to wish for something & possibly have SM Entertainment grant that wish.
