Starring Kim Taeyeon and Tiffany Hwang,
the inspired-by-a-true-story line for the Vow features two young lovers,
recently married. When they are involved in a car accident that leaves
Tiffany in a coma, she struggles with severe brain trauma and when she
finally wakes, she suffers severe memory loss. Not remembering her
newlywed wife and thinking that she is still engaged to her ex-fiance,
Kwon Yuri, Taeyeon sets on a journey to make Tiffany fall in love with
her again. The movie chronicles the ups and downs of their relationship,
as Taeyeon tries to win Tiffany's heart back.
