The Popdust Olympics
Getting into the Olympic spirit, Popdust has kicked off their "Pop Olympics" and our girls are right in the middle of the fray. Last week Girls' Generation went head to head with Big Bang, 2NE1, and the Wonder Girls for the right to represent South Korea in the Pop Olympics, and narrowly edged out GDragon, TOP and crew to move on to the next round.
This week the finals begin as Girls' Generation's 2012 single "The Boys" now faces off against Justin Bieber of Canada, Taylor Swift of the United States, and The Wanted from the UK for the title of "Best Song". Our Girls sit in first place with a comfortable 56% of the votes, while The Wanted sit in second with 38%.
We all know that "The Boys" was easily the best song of 2012, but now its time to let the rest of the world know! Head over to the Popdust Olympics page and vote like crazy so that Girls' Generation can claim the International Pop Crown!
