Sizzling Celebrities and Their Successful Diet Plans

by Girls Generation Soshi on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at 6:28am

As summer is just around the corner, people are getting busy working out and dieting to get ready to show off their sexy bikini bodies and sizzling six packs. While it’s crucial to keep in mind that in order to achieve and maintain a successful weight loss, regular physical activity needs to be accompanied alongside regulation of caloric intake, we would like to introduce some diet plans that some of your favorite celebs stick to and have found successful! I’m not quite sure how successful these methods might apply for everyone, but at least it worked out for these stars giving them the sizzling bodies that they have now.

If you’re thinking about dieting and don’t know where to start, these diet plans could be your reference point. You could try them out or create a variation of your own based on these plans (add in some ice cream and hamburgers here and there) if you find any of them interesting. Good luck! ;)

Forbes examined not only how much the celebrities earned with filming movies, CFs and dramas, but also their appearances in music videos, within the pages of magazines, and of course, displaying their skills (or spilling secrets!) on beloved variety shows.
I’m really not surprised by the top 3 “earners” because in terms of money and just general exposure, it makes sense. But, the rest of the 40 are a bit shocking- especially the fact that 2PM and their One Day bros, 2AM, were so high up on the list! Also, Shin Se Kyung seems to have had an incredible year, no? It’s interesting to me that idols are mixed in with some of the nation’s most beloved actors and MCs– it demonstrates the permeating power of KPOP in quotidian Korean society, no?
