Co.ed Chanmi would have become SNSD's maknae

SNSD had many lineups before officially debuting as a nine-member group. It's been revealed that T-ara's Soyeon was part of the SNSD pre-debut lineup, as well as actress Lee Yeonhee, and singer Zhang Li Yin. Many fans may also already know that Co.ed's Chanmi was also part of this lineup in the group's third revision.

The topic was brought up during MNet's cable show, "Beatles Code", which is MCed by Yoon Jong Shin and Yoo Se Yoon. In a recent episode, they shared stories about the current members of idol groups and what else they could have debuted in. It was revealed that in the third group lineup for SNSD, Chanmi had been the maknae of the group before Seohyun. Unfortunately, Chanmi was cut out of the group, leaving us with the current members of SNSD.

Netizens who saw the old image commented, "You fit better in Co.ed" and "I hope you do better since you debut later".

2AM and SNSD win Inkigayo Mutizen awards + other performances

Having been pre-empted last week for the “2010 Love Sharing Concert“, Inkigayo is back once more with a fun and exciting show filled with amazing performances from the top singers in Korea.

During the show, 2AM was awarded the Mutizen award for last week’s show which had been pre-empted. This was 2AM’s first award since making a comeback! Congratulations!

The Take 7 nominees for this week were 2NE1 (‘It Hurts‘), SNSD (‘Hoot‘), Psy (‘Right Now‘), B2ST(‘Beautiful‘), 2NE1 (‘Go Away‘), Supreme Team (‘Then Then Then‘), and 2AM (‘You Wouldn’t Answer My Calls‘). Due to special circumstances, neither 2NE1 nor Supreme Team performed.

Having won the Mutizen at the beginning of the month and then losing out last week, SNSD came back to reclaim the top spot with their 2nd win on Inkigayo. Congratulations!

SNSD tiffany and Co-ed Hyo Young absent on Music Bank due to injuries

On the 19th of November episode of KBS "Music Bank" SNSD member Tiffany and Co-ed member Hyo Young were absent from their group's respective performances on the show.

Last 14th of November, Tiffany fell on stage when they were performing Hoot and she was sent to the hospital on the 15th and was diagnosed with "posterior cruciate ligament injury" and she had to recover for 4 weeks in order for her injury to heal properly.

Also on the 14th, Hyo Young fell from the stairs while they were practicing and broke her ankle, Hyo Young had a 4 hour surgery and has to rest for 8 weeks in order for her ankle to be in perfect condition.

Both SNSD and Co-ed performed on the show without the members.
